Your Trial Rank in Duet Night Abyss is basically your overall account level. So, every time you level up, you’ll get a bunch of exciting rewards such as a boost to your stats alongside other special bonuses that make your battles against monsters easier. But, how are you supposed to increase your Trial Rank? Let’s take a look at the best ways to double up your Trial Rank in Duet Night Abyss.

1) Complete Main Story Quests

If you’re level 30 or above, there’s a good chance that you’ve already wrapped up the main story quests. But if you haven’t done so, we’ll recommend that you drop everything and focus on completing them first.

These quest rewards will give you tons of Trial XP as you progress, which makes them one of the best ways to level up quickly. Just take a look at the Quests tab, and you’ll see that each main quest gives you tons of Trial XP upon completion. Just don’t rush through them, and take your time so you don’t burn yourself out.

2) Unlock & Ascend Characters

Another great way we’ve found to boost your Trial Rank in Duet Night Abyss is by unlocking as much as you can. Seriously, almost everything you unlock will contribute to your Trial Ranks.

For instance, getting new characters, their introns, and even weapons crafted through the forge will go towards getting you additional Trial XP. Ascending your characters will also reward you with Trial XP. The higher ascension level you are with a particular character, the more XP you’ll manage to grab. So, get out there and start making those unlocks.

3) Collect Demon Wedges

Demon Wedges are one of the most crucial resources in Duet Night Abyss, as they allow you to enhance your characters and weapons. You’ll find tons of them throughout the game, and without collecting them, you won’t be able to bring out the best of your characters. However, what many players don’t realize is that collecting Demon Wedges also gives you Trial XP.

The best thing is that Demon Wedges are pretty easy to collect as you progress through the game. If you’re Level 30 or 40, you’ve probably missed out on a lot of them. So, head over to your Commissions and then the Noctoyager Manual to find every Demon Wedge and collect them all. While the lower ones might not give you too much XP, every bit adds.

4) Covert Commissions

Completing Cover Commissions is another way to earn Trial XP in Duet Night Abyss. Every time you craft characters, weapons, and Demon Wedges with the help of this system, you’ll be working towards your Trial Rank progression.

However, this isn’t the fastest method. The issue is that you’ll need Secret Letter Clues to purchase Secret Letters. This will give you the chance to get shards in Duet Night Abyss. Once you’ve collected enough shards, you can unlock the character. It’s a bit of a grind, but it can be something new to try if you’re bored with repeating previous methods.
