After mostly featuring as a substitute last season, Tidiam Gomis has made a strong start to the new campaign, starting both of RB Leipzig's competitive games so far and providing three assists.
Writing for German outlet Fussballdaten, transfer journalist Ekrem Konur now reports that the 20-year-old has attracted interest from abroad with his impressive performances.
According to the report, both Aston Villa and Lazio had representatives in the stands for Leipzig's first two games of the season to watch Gomis in action.
Bayer Leverkusen are also mentioned as a club keeping tabs on the Frenchman, who is capable of playing on the wing or up front, as he has done recently.
Leipzig paid just €1 million to sign Gomis from SM Caen in February 2025.
The 20-year-old should have another good chance of making Martin Demichelis' starting XI when Leipzig travel to Werder Bremen on Saturday.
