Arsenal star Jorginho makes Premier League history in North London derby victory

Arsenal midfielder Jorginho broke a Premier League record during his side's win over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon.

Looking to make it three straight wins at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, an injury-hit Gunners travelled across North London battlelines on the weekend.

Although Jorginho will possibly earn the plaudits for receiving the card that tipped the balance, Saturday night's clash at the Vitality Stadium did most of the heavy lifting in breaking the caution record.

With Bournemouth picking up six yellow cards and Chelsea collecting eight, this weekend's clash on the South Coast claimed the record for the most cards in a single Premier League match.

The contest threatened to boil over at many stages, and it was the visiting Blues who held their nerve to snatch maximum points courtesy of a late Christopher Nkunku effort.
