Ariana Grande’s brother vows to have her back after singer announces hiatus from spotlight

Ariana Grande’s brother, Frankie Grande, once again proved he was her biggest fan by vowing to have her back after she announced her forthcoming hiatus from the spotlight.

“Family forever,” the dancer wrote via Instagram, alongside a video of Ariana performing her 2014 track “One Last Time” during her “Eternal Sunshine” tour stop in Chicago on Thursday.

“I will have your back until the end of time,” he continued. “I am so proud of you and so happy for you.”

“Last night was a beautiful celebration of your artistry and the magnificent eternal sunshine family you have built and created,” Frankie, 43, added.

“It was a magical night. You are magical. You are my everything and I am so so happy I was there to see you shine on this tour one last time.”

In the clip, Frankie was also seen watching Ariana, 33, in awe as their mom, Joan Grande, 69, rested her head on his shoulder.

Ariana kicked off the North American leg of her tour in Oakland, California, on June 6, and marked her last performance in Chicago last week.

The “Petal” songstress took to Instagram to thank fans for the “most special, beautiful, joyful and deeply fulfilling few months” in a heartwarming Instagram tribute that read, “I love you. i am overwhelmed with love and the deepest gratitude.

“i will cherish every moment of this time with you all & these memories forever. thank you, chicago.”

Ariana will return to the stage on Aug. 15 for the international leg of her tour in London, which will occur over several dates at the O2 Arena until Sept. 1.

The “Thank U, Next” singer plans to take a step back from the spotlight after her final show as she continues to face “endless public scrutiny,” her spokesperson told People.

“She looks forward to finishing the tour and ending it on a high note, both healthily and happily, and then taking a much-deserved break from public-facing work and appearances, which has led to endless, ongoing public scrutiny,” the rep stated, alluding to critics who have been commenting on her weight loss.

Additionally, an insider told Page Six that Ariana has been “overworked,” but she’s been “happy performing her recent shows and being back on stage.”

“She’s been nonstop and it’s taking a toll,” the source said. “She’s never handled the public scrutiny well and constant chatter about her weight [doesn’t help].”

The Grammy winner also exited “Sunday in the Park with George,” which is set to open in summer 2027 at London’s Barbican Centre.
