Angelina Pivarnick announces pregnancy on ‘Jersey Shore Family Reunion’: ‘My fairytale’

Angelina Pivarnick is pregnant!

The “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” revealed the results of her positive test on “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” Thursday.

“There’s no way that it just happened naturally,” the shocked reality star told fellow cast member Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola.

“There’s no sperm donor now,” she continued. “I did not think I was able to get pregnant but wow, I’m … pregnant. This could be a great thing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”

Giancola, 39, replied, “I got chills. I’m gonna cry for you.”

Pivarnick went on to call her partner, referred to as “John Doe-Nor” on the show, gushing, “So I have some news for you. I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”

She tweeted the news after the episode aired.

“Guys secrets out !!! I’m pregnant :),” the 39-year-old wrote via X. “Thankful for @SammiSweetheart for being by my side when I found out. #jsfamilyvacation.”

Pivarnick went public with her struggles to conceive when Season 9 of the “Jersey Shore” revival premiered last week.

The “Couples Therapy” alum, who suffered a miscarriage in 2011, told Giancola and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi that she had a “vial of sperm” in her refrigerator.

Pivarnick said she was hooking up with “multiple” men and had her “picking” — but later clarified via Instagram Stories that this was said “in jest.”

Her castmate Vinny Guadgnino quipped via X on Thursday that Pivarnick’s baby is “not mine.”

Pivarnick, notably, asked Guadagnino, 38, for sperm in a 2023 episode, joking he should “just jerk off in a freaking cup and give it to [her].”

At the time the scene was filmed, Pivarnick was dating Vinny Tortorella, who she got engaged to in November 2022.

The former couple called it quits in January 2025 — and accused each other of cheating.

Pivarnick, who was previously married to Chris Larangeira from 2019 to 2022, has yet to debut a new relationship.
