The comedian officially filed for an uncontested joint divorce from her estranged husband nine months ago in New York County. The parents of one have now submitted their proposed divorce judgment to a New York court on Thursday, September 24.
According to Page Six, the docket showed that the judgment was signed by the court and is awaiting final processing by a county clerk. The court has also processed orders concerning child support for their seven-year-old son, Gene.
