Future LSU quarterback talks 'God. Family. Football.' on Fox Nation
Elite high school quarterback Peyton 'Pop' Houston joins 'America's Newsroom' to discuss his starring role in the Fox Nation series 'God. Family. Football.' The future LSU quarterback and Louisiana native shares how he maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA while dominating on the field.
We have an unofficial Saturday series here at OutKick where I found the most insane high school football player from the night before, and feature him because we'll surely be talking about him in a few years.
A few weeks ago, it was Tennessee RB David Gabriel Georges — otherwise known as the top running back in the country. He's a monster. He will undoubtedly be a stud for the Volunteers, possibly this time next season.
Last weekend, we dove into the final play from a game down here in Florida. It was a double-lateral, bubble screen Hail Mary that, somehow, turned into a walk-off winner.
Never seen anything like it. Amazing.

Today? We're gonna head up to Alabama, where senior QB Trent Seaborn set a record last night with another insane game, and made one of the best throws you'll ever see on a Friday night.

What a player:
Alabama QB makes some Friday night noise
What a throw. What a player!
God, I love high school football. Nothing better than a little Friday night lights — both the show AND the actual game itself.
Seaborn, a senior, became Alabama's all-time passing yards leader, surpassing the 11,024-yard mark previously set by Jack Hayes. This kid is a three-time state champ, has thrown at least 25 touchdowns in each of his first three seasons, and opened this year by tossing eight touchdowns in the first two games.
Not bad!

According to Rivals, he is currently the No. 22 QB in the 2027 cycle. Seems low to me. Give me a couple more of those passes, and he'll crack the Top 10 before Halloween.

And yes, Seaborn hails from Hawaii, which would explain why Tua Tagovailoa's mom was on the scene last night to congratulate him on breaking the state's passing record.

Perhaps this kid can follow in Tua's footsteps at 'Bama next season? I hear he had a pretty strong freshman season in Tuscaloosa back in the day.
Roll Tide.
