Four “9-1-1” performers — including star Oliver Stark — reportedly sustained stunt-related injuries on the set of the procedural drama.

According to Deadline, the individuals suffered the injuries “to varying degrees in recent months” while filming the ABC series.

However, per the outlet, the alleged incidents “do not seem to be connected” to one another.

Deadline claimed Stark — who plays Evan “Buck” Buckley on the show — suffered an ankle fracture requiring surgery in August.

Sources told the outlet that during the stunt, a firefighter swung to a ladder truck from a car, swooping over a set piece — and that a stunt double had sprained an ankle during a rehearsal attempting the same feat.

The stunt double was said to have declined medical treatment over the alleged incident, and production did not receive an injury report.

Insiders “close to” the situation told the outlet that Stark has since returned to the set — and that production continued on Season 10 after the injury.

In the following weeks, the outlet reported, two other incidents occurred — with one stunt person allegedly getting stitches at a local hospital after an arm was wounded due to an encounter with jagged metal.

Deadline claimed that the most recent injury occurred “within the last two weeks,” when yet another stunt performer was sent for a “precautionary” hospital visit following an “awkward landing” that allegedly caused a minor compressed lung and a broken rib.

It’s unknown if the stunt performer — who allegedly suffered the injury after landing on a platform that simulates a ground collapse — has returned to the set.

Deadline previously reported in 2024 that a grip had perished in a car accident after working a grueling 14-hour day on the series, which premiered on Fox in 2018 before moving to ABC in 2024.

Per the outlet, Rico Priem left the set at 4 a.m. after work and, according to an autopsy report they obtained, experienced a “sudden cardiac dysfunction due to cardiomegaly.”

Per SAG-AFTRA’s official website, stunt and safety standards are required for crews and actors, and an on-set stunt coordinator “engages pro-actively with the appropriate personnel” to oversee safety for actors and stunt performers.

A rep for ABC did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Saturday.

Stunt-related injuries on movie sets have generated recent headlines, as well. In 2025, Kate Beckinsale filed a lawsuit against producers of her 2024 film, “Canary Black.”

The “Underworld” actress alleged she sustained “severe and debilitating injuries” after repeatedly facing “dangerous and unsafe conditions” on set. The case is ongoing after a judge denied a motion to dismiss the case.

Reps for Amazon MGM Studios, Anton Media Entertainment and Zois did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment at the time.
