Hannover will hope to revive their promotion hopes when they travel to Bochum on Saturday afternoon. The visitors missed the chance to climb to second with a win against cellar-dwellers Preußen Münster last week.

Bochum were also held away at Arminia Bielefeld, but the point was enough to help them reach the 40-point mark. Uwe Rösler’s men collected seven points from their last four games as they avoided sweating over survival in the last couple of weeks.

The reverse fixture ended goalless as Bochum extended their undefeated run in Hannover to four games. This will be Hannover’s first visit to Vonovia Ruhrstadion since losing 4-3 five years ago in a rollercoaster game.
